Project description
The Empowerment Leadership Conference, held on 8th February 2021 in Cameroon, was a resounding success. The event brought together leaders, coaches, and mentors from various industries to discuss the importance of empowering others to grow and flourish.
Project Objectives
- To provide young people with the knowledge on what is needed to flourish.
- To highlight importance of creating a supportive environment that fosters confidence and success .
- To help young people discover purpose and live their full potential.


Outcomes
- Renowned speakers emphasized the need for patience and compassion in leadership, allowing others to learn and make mistakes without rushing their progress.
- Attendees were encouraged to share knowledge, resources, and recognition with others, embodying selflessness and nurturing qualities
- The analogy of sharing the lamplight was used to illustrate the act of illuminating the path for others, providing guidance, and allowing them to shine and grow in their own light.
- Participants left with a renewed sense of purpose, committed to empowering others to reach their full potential.
