Project description
The first phase of the Lifafa Research Foundation's project, aimed at redefining research with respect to data analysis and management, has commenced. This phase involves working with first-degree students from selected university institutions. A recent workshop/seminar was conducted for final-year students at a prominent health institution in Douala.
Project Initiatives

To address the challenges faced by students in data management and analysis and to provide practical training on the use of data analysis tools and techniques.

Overview: Participants learned about managing data and using various types of data analysis software.
- Hands-On Training: Students were guided on how to input data into basic data analysis platforms.
- Practical Application: Each student worked on their own questionnaire, performing data input and obtaining results during the working session.
- Data Representation: Training included methods for representing data in tables, charts, and graphs.


Outcomes
- All students attended with their laptops and had access to both hard and soft copies of their questionnaires, facilitating an interactive working session.
- The workshop successfully addressed key challenges in data management and analysis faced by students and provided practical training on essential tools and techniques.
- Lifafa Research Foundation remains committed to advancing research capabilities and improving data management practices in the academic community.
