INTODUCTION

Mental health disorders are a significant public health concern and leading cause of disability globally (World Health Organization, 2022). The World Health Organization (WHO) defines mental health disorder as clinically significant disturbance in an individual’s cognition, emotional regulation, or behavior (World Health Organization, 2013). Approximately 792 million people live with a mental disorder, with many of these cases emerging during adolescence (Twenge et al., 2019).
